Hi, I’m Dayna. After vacationing in Tuscany during summer of 2019, I was inspired to documenting and sharing recipes I’ve grown to love.

The recipes you’ll find here are centered on quality ingredients, local harvests and good technique.

These are my go-to recipes inspired by the Mediterranean, my Middle Eastern heritage and a local Québecois terroir.

Hopefully, they encourage you to cook more often, take your health into your hands & rediscover our connection with the Earth.
